This solicitation is issued under the authority of 10 U.S.C. § 4022 for the award of a Prototype Other Transaction Agreement (OTA). AFSOC encourages participation by non-traditional defense contractors, small businesses, and innovative commercial firms capable of rapidly prototyping and transitioning solutions. The Government reserves the right to award a single or multiple OTAs from this solicitation.
