Notice of Proposed Procurement to announce the Request for Proposal for Department of National Defence (DND) under Supply Arrangement (SA) EN578-26-0567 for Research and Advisory services in Information Management (IM) and Information Technology (IT). Suppliers qualified under PSPC SA #EN578-26-0567 are eligible to submit an Offer. The selected Offeror will provide research and advisory services to support DND’s Directorate Human Resources Information Management (DHRIM)'s migration of two legacy internally managed software solutions to a managed service contract to better inform and understand challenges with the transition to this model through industry insight and best practice advice.
