Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. \n \nSolicitation number 1333MJ26Q0009 is issued as a Request for quotation (RFQ) for one (1) Methane Gas Analyzer. \n \nThis acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. \n \nSee SF1449 for line item \n \nDescription of requirements for the items to be acquired: \nOne (1) commercial methane gas analyzer, brand name or equal to the Aeris Technologies MIRA Ultra (Part Number 95.000053). \n Salient Characteristics: \n\n \n\t Utilizes Mid-infrared Absorption (MIRA) technology for trace gas monitoring. \n\t Highly portable, lightweight form factor suitable for benchtop, mobile laboratory, tower, or drone/aircraft deployments. \n\t High-precision, parts-per-billion (ppb) measurement capability for Methane (CH4) and Ethane (C2H6) dry mole fractions to distinguish between biogenic and thermogenic sources. \n\t Must include or seamlessly integrate with a Nafion dryer (for moisture correction), external pump, and flow control. \n\t Near real-time automated data transmission capabilities. \n\t Measurement precision of 1 ppb for CH4 in one second at approximately 2000 ppb CH4 \n\t Data output should be available via ethernet port or USB connection. \n\t The size of the optical component (temperature-controlled cell and detector) must be no larger than 7” x 8” x 5” (not including associated electronics and gas handling components). \n\t Power consumption < 25W at steady state \n\t Must be compatible in size, power, and electrical and data connections with the Aeris MIRA Ultra portable gas analyzer \n \n\n Delivery FOB Boulder, CO, 60 days after receipt of order or less. \nSee Section 5 for included solicitation provisions that apply to the acquisition. \nSee Section 3 for included contract clauses that apply to the acquisition. \n \nOffers must be sent to Darrin Moore, at darrin.moore@noaa.gov.
