{"description":" **See Ammendment 1 provides updated PWS dated 8 January 2026. \n\n 1) Please see attached Tax Exempt Letter \n\n The contractor will facilitate the execution of the Sacramento District 2025 Annual Awards Ceremony by providing a venue for approximately 300 attendees, which must be located within 10 blocks of 1325 J St., Sacramento, CA, and arranging a 3-course seated lunch (salad, entrée, and dessert) with multiple entrée options (chicken, pork, and veggie/vegan pasta) and full table service. \n\n **Additionally, the contractor shall provide a stage (minimum 6’ x 8’) with stairs on both ends. The venue needs to be open for the Sacramento District 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM for the duration of this time so we can do set up and tear down our stuff. Expect lunch to begin around 11:00 AM and end 1:00 PM. \n\n **Note the Primary POC Change for quotes have changed from Erin Chilson to Seth Teasdale.
