Supply and Delivery of Fleet Lubricants and Oils

Description

The City of Pasadena Public Works Department, Building Systems and Fleet Management Division (BSFMD) is seeking to establish a five (5) year contract with a qualified vendor for the as-needed supply and delivery of fleet lubricants and oils used in the maintenance and operation of City-owned vehicles and equipment. The City operates a diverse municipal fleet that includes light-duty vehicles, heavy-duty trucks, off-road equipment, and specialized units used to support essential public services. Proper lubrication is critical to maintaining equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and extending the service life of the fleet.This solicitation will establish a contract for the purchase and delivery of motor oils, transmission fluids, hydraulic oils, differential fluids, grease, and other lubricants that meet or exceed applicable Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications and industry standards.
