Where required, the government will provide vendor personnel with immediate access to case file information from or within DHS/ICE systems (EARM/EID, ENFORCE, IDENT/HART, ATLAS, NCIC, etc.) and other approved law enforcement systems. Such access may be through file transfers, downloads, or user accounts/permissions.
