The NZ Transport Agency - Waka Kotahi (Transport Agency) is developing Section 1 – Warkworth to Te Hana of the Northland Corridor (the Project), which will be delivered as a Public Private Partnership (PPP) through a Project Agreement with a PPP Contractor. The Project Agreement requires the appointment of an Independent Reviewer to provide independent assurance and certification across the design, construction and completion phases of the Project. The Transport Agency is now commencing a procurement process for the appointment of the Independent Reviewer (Independent Reviewer Procurement). Market Briefing The Transport Agency will be holding a market briefing on Thursday, 26 March 2026 at 12:30 PM – 1:00 PM (Pacific/Auckland UTC+ 13:00) (Market Briefing).
