The project addresses deferred maintenance, modernisation, and compliance upgrades across multiple blocks, with a focus on weathertightness, sanitary provision, finishes and improved learning environments. Outcome sought • Deliver safe, watertight, and modernised facilities that reduce ongoing maintenance demands • Upgrade sanitary facilities, floor and wall finishes, and roofing systems to current MoE standards • Improve thermal and acoustic performance, particularly through new double-glazed aluminium joinery and acoustic linings
