The design, development, testing and implementation of a bespoke Competency Framework for the Administrative, Professional and Support staff at Maynooth University, The development and design of an associated guide, and The delivery of information sessions (approx 4) to the aforementioned categories of staff at MU, in relation to the design methodology, how it was tested and how it can be used.
