Trondheim Renholdsverk AS (hereafter called the contracting authority) is a subsidiary of TRV Gruppen AS, which is owned 100% by Trondheim municipality. The company is responsible for household waste and municipal business waste in Trondheim. The company shall provide competitive services that safeguard waste resources. The company shall be among the national leaders in its main business area, especially as regards the environment, quality, technology, degree of innovation, working environment and efficiency.
