In addition to the removal of the boilers, the proposed scope also incorporates the removal of existing radiators, convector heaters and associated pipework in all areas of the main buildings. Heat pump units and small wall mounted panel heaters are to be supplied and installed in Blocks 1, 2 and 3, along with the hall. The contract works also includes the associated mounting of outdoor air conditioning units, installation of refrigeration pipework and the making good of all floor and wall finishes where required.
