{"description":" This is a non-personnel services contract to provide preventive, routine, and emergency maintenance for modular administration buildings, forensic lab shelters, powered industrial equipment, generators, and Material Handling Equipment (MHE) used by the DACID. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation (to and from site), tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personnel services necessary to perform the needed preventive, routine, and emergency maintenance. The contractor will provide warranty on all work performed. The contractor will also conduct routine inspections on listed equipment at required intervals and as needed. Preventive maintenance, checks & services are scheduled to be performed at intervals recommended in equipment manufacturer’s applicable instruction manuals (i.e. 50 Hours, 100 Hours, 150, 200 Hours or Annually, 2yr, 3yr and 4 yr).
