GDC is looking for the best value for money and requires the work to be completed as soon as possible. There is a constraint on the available funding for this project. Therefore, we don’t want a contractor who cannot assure the completion of the physical works by 30 April 2026. All contractors and subcontractors who conduct work for, or on behalf of GDC, shall be prequalified via SHE Software Ltd.
