Arotahi Titahi Bay Beach – Koangaumu (South End) Pre-implementation Phase

This project offers an opportunity for an experienced professional services consultant to play a key role in delivering a significant project for Porirua City that will improve safety, accessibility and flow of the Arotahi Titahi Bay Beach, while emphasising the Koangaumu Block as a destination for experiencing the natural coastal environment. The “South End Project Area” sits within the historical Koangaumu Block and this project presents a unique opportunity to give expression to the values of Koangaumu and to tell its stories. The aim of this pre-implementation project phase is to engage an experienced professional services consultant who will successfully collaborate with our supporting suppliers (architect, skateboarding designer etc.) as the design lead, and deliver the remaining design and building consenting works necessary to enable subsequent tendering and construction phases for Arotahi Titahi Bay Beach - Koangaumu (South End), including: - Developed design - Detailed design - Building Consent applications if required - Tender Package
