AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by September 15, 2025 at 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. The Department of Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), on behalf of Transport Canada, requires a contractor to perform remediation work at Thunder Bay International Airport in Thunder Bay, Ontario. The Work will include the installation of a Permeable Reactive Barrier (PRB) to treat groundwater. The PRB will be installed with a funnel and gate design. Work will include, but is not limited to, trenching/digging, staging area, and backfilling. The Contractor must perform and complete the Work within 21 weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer. An optional site visit is scheduled on August 20, 2025, 11:00 am EDT at 340 Hector Dougall Way, Thunder Bay, ON P7E 6M6. Interested bidders are to communicate with the Contracting Authority to confirm attendance.
