{"description":" **The attendance list and slides for the November 7th Industry Day event can be found in the attachment section of this notice. Questions to solicit feedback from industry may be added to this notice in the future. \n\n SUBJECT: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Baltimore District Industry Day Notification for Patton Hall New Strategic Engagement Platform Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall, Virginia \n\n \n\n Date: 07 November 2025 Start Time: 0900 \n\n \n\n Registration will begin at 0830 outside of the ballroom. \n\n \nLocation: Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall Patton Hall Community Club and Conference Center - 214 Buffalo Soldier Ave, Fort Myer, VA. 22211. \n\n The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) invites industry representatives to attend an Industry Day. This event will provide an overview of the construction of the Patton Hall New Strategic Engagement Platform located at Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall, Virginia utilizing the Design-Build to Budget (DB2B) acquisition approach and provide one-on-one opportunities with interested Prime Contractors. \n\n The procurement will be a competitive design-build that seeks to optimize the budget in terms of quality, scope, durability, and life-cycle cost. The budget, or the design and construction cost ceiling, will be disclosed and evaluation will focus on ‘mission critical’ factors and innovative betterments and enhancements within the budget with award to a best solution and not the ‘cheapest’ proposal. \n\n This Industry Day is intended to provide a forum for engaging with industry experts to gather and share information about this project and its planned acquisition strategy. \n\n Due to the capacity of the location, we will be limiting attendees to two (2) persons per company. If interests exceeds capacity, priority will be given to prime construction firms and AE firms. Another industry event will be offered to provide subcontractors an opportunity to engage with prime firms. \n\n *Participation in this Industry Day does not constitute a commitment by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to award a contract, nor does it provide any advantage in the competitive procurement process. \n\n Registration Form \n\n Please complete the attached registration form link via Microsoft Forms below in order to gain access to the event. All attendee's must complete the form along with the forms required by security which will be provided via DoD Safe. *DUE NLT NOON ON 30 OCTOBER 2025* \n\n \n\n We look forward to your participation. \n"} Solicitation Number: W912DR25RA033 Type: Special Notice Base Type: Special Notice NAICS: 236220 Classification Code: Y1AB Response Deadline: 2025-12-21T11:00:00-05:00 Office Address: BALTIMORE, MD Place of Performance: Fort Myer, Virginia, 22211 POC: Robert Ferebee, robert.l.ferebee@usace.army.mil, 4109621725 POC: Tamara Bonomolo, tamara.c.bonomolo@usace.army.mil, 4109620788 {"description":" **The attendance list and slides for the November 7th Industry Day event can be found in the attachment section of this notice.
