Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The ILO seeks an experienced international expert to design and implement a comprehensive national programme aimed at strengthening Public Employment Services in Syria. The assignment includes developing five national training packages, delivering specialized training programmes, building national training capacities, supporting Job Search Clubs, providing mentoring and technical coaching, and contributing to the modernization of employment services, labour market intermediation, career guidance, and inclusive employment approaches. The consultant will work closely with the ILO and national stakeholders to ensure sustainability, institutional ownership, and alignment with international good practices.
