O objeto do presente Termo Aditivo é a prorrogação do Contrato nº 040/2025 – SEMEC por 12 (doze) meses e o acréscimo do quantitativo de itens na margem percentual de 25% (vinte e cinco por cento), que tem por objeto a "AQUISIÇÃO E INSTALAÇÃO DE APARELHOS DE AR-CONDICIONADO TIPO SPLIT COM FORNECIMENTO DE TODO O MATERIAL NECESSÁRIO" para atender às necessidades desta Secretaria Municipal de Educação – SEMEC/PMB.
