RFP-National Firm: LTA for Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Service

Introduction This is RFP for the creation of Long-Term Agreement (LTA) for the provision of Preventive and Corrective Maintenances for ICT Equipment. UNDP Ethiopia is seeking to engage a duly authorized company with proven expertise, experience, and capacity to identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to printers, digital senders, air conditioners, and data center equipment. These services will cover both UNDP offices—the Country Office (CO) and the Regional Service Centre for Africa (RSCA)—as well as designated residential locations, ensuring optimal functionality and reliability of all supported devices . The contractor will carry out Preventive and corrective maintenance services for IT equipment in the two offices (CO and RSCA) and residences on bi-annually and on demand base. These include but not limited to Computers, Printers, Digital Senders, Air conditioner and network Equipment etc.(for the items in the annex). undp.org/procurement/business/resources-for-bidders .
