This is a continuing need for the existing VA funded research study and the researchers at Harvard are the sole known developers and providers of the claims-based measure algorithms required for this study, which are not available to the public commercially or from any other known vendor at this time. Since the intent is to procure this on a sole source basis, no solicitation will be posted to Contract Opportunities. The applicable NAICS code is 541715 with a 1,000 employees size standard. The PSC is B537. The authority for this action is RFO FAR 6.103-1 only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.\n\nThis notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.
