It will be a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order and bids from all potential offerors will be accepted based on the assurance of genuine parts provision, sound technical expertise of repair/ maintenance, service’s delivery time & competitive pricing. \n\n Terms & Conditions: \na) Mode of Payment: \n\n Payment will be processed through EFT within 30 days of the date so that a correct invoice conforming to the provisions of the solicited Services as per the SOW & Purchase Order is received at the U.S Embassy, Islamabad, and accepted by the Government Representative. \n\n b) Period of Performance/ Delivery Address: \n- The services shall be made within 4 weeks after receiving the approved Purchase Order. \n- The vendor shall deliver the analysis & reports to the authorized office of The U.S. Embassy, Islamabad. \nc) Inspection & Acceptance: \n\n A Government representative will inspect the deliverables to determine the fulfillment of the required reports and payment shall be released accordingly.
