It will be a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order and bids from all potential offerors will be accepted based on the assurance of genuine parts provision, sound technical expertise of repair/ maintenance, service’s delivery time & competitive pricing. \n\n Terms & Conditions: \na) Mode of Payment: \n\n Payment will be processed through EFT within 30 days of the date so that a correct invoice conforming to the provisions of the solicited Services as per the SOW & Purchase Order is received at the U.S Embassy, Islamabad, and accepted by the Government Representative. \n\n b) Period of Performance/ Delivery Address: \n- The services shall be made within 4 weeks after receiving the approved Purchase Order. \n- The vendor shall deliver the analysis & reports to the authorized office of The U.S. Embassy, Islamabad. \nc) Inspection & Acceptance: \n\n A Government representative will inspect the deliverables to determine the fulfillment of the required reports and payment shall be released accordingly. The payment shall be made to the vendor in full after advice of the designated officer on satisfactory completion of this job. \n\n Evaluation Criteria: \n\n The opportunity will be awarded based on “Lowest Price Technical Acceptability”. \n5.
