The works include demolition of existing partitions, wall and floor finishes, fixtures, and fittings. New internal layout, new flooring, partitions, floor coverings, fixtures and fittings. Plumbing and drainage alterations to suit; electrical works. All works are to be completed within the existing building footprint, maintaining access and functionality of adjacent school areas where possible. The completed refurbishment will provide a modern, hygienic, and low-maintenance toilet facility that meets the school’s operational and aesthetic requirements.
