AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by 10 July 2025 at 2:00 pm EST. All bids submitted after 2:00 pm EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Canada is seeking Responses through this ITQ process to identify and qualify Aircraft Manufacturers who possess the capabilities to participate in the subsequent phases of the procurement process for the acquisition for the Aircraft(s) supporting the RCMP Air Fleet Renewal and Modernization Initiative. This process is being conducted under an innovative procurement strategy designed to encourage industry engagement and optimize outcomes. This ITQ is not intended to create a permanent list of suppliers but is intended to generate a single use qualification list for each of the two procurements of Aircraft to follow. Once this list is established it is intended to remain open until such time as contracts have been successfully awarded for both of those procurements, unless terminated earlier by Canada.
