The NAICS Code for this procurement is 336611 with a Small Business Size Standard of 1,300 employees. \n\n THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES AND NO SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED. However, any business firm that believes it can meet the requirement may give written notification to the Contract Specialist in the form of a capability statement. Supporting evidence shall be sufficient detial that demonstrates the ability to comply with the performance specifications and must be furnished to the point of contact listed below by 10 December 2025 by 2PM Central Time. \n\n A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
