Close date for this RFP is the 13th of August, with deadline for questions being the 25th of July We do not have a dedicated site visit date yet and will arrange this subject to requirement – please advise if a site visit will be necessary and we will arrange this during the week of the 21st of July. A site visit will only be for the Ilam and Dovedale campuses, not the satellite sites. The pricing schedule attached also serves as the site schedule – please use it to capture the annual operational costs and also gain understanding of the full scope of requirements. Any cost implications for changing to a different system/supplier, needs to be captured separately as further detailed in the RFP. The three documents that will need to be completed as part of your proposal, is the RFP response form, the due diligence form and the pricing (site) schedule.
