All required supporting documentation and offer submission must be submitted by 2025-09-08 at 14:00 EDT. All offers submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the offer being declared non-responsive. This offer solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) (the “Client”) on behalf of PWGSC’s Human Capital Management Data Modernization (HCMDM), for RPA IT Services. It is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract, for one (1) year plus three (3) one-year irrevocable options allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract. Canada has invoked the national security exceptions provided for in the trade agreements, therefore this solicitation of offers is excluded from all of the obligations of all the trade agreements.
