This specification defines the machine, ancillary equipment, tooling, accessories, attachments, delivery, facility services, installation and training. Delivery, installation and training shall all take place at fleet Readiness center East (FRCE). This solicitation will be solicited for award of a Firm Fixed Priced Contract.
