Bill Young (Bay Pines) VAHCS 10000 Bay Pines Blvd, Bay Pines, Florida 33744, has a requirement for the Business Office Service, Medical Records Scanning section to increase productivity and relieve a scanning backlog. \nBACKGROUND: The C.W. Bill Young has a requirement to reduce scanning backlog (Action Item)\nPURPOSE: Scanners will connect to VA Workstations and connects to VA VISTA software to accommodate the scanning of patient medical records.. These records include Community care exams, other VA s medical records, and are a crucial component in delivering patient care. \nSCOPE: C. W. Bill Young (Bay Pines) is requesting contractors provide brand name or equal equipment that meets or exceed the physical, functional and performance of the listed salient characteristics in this section.
