Analysis, research and consultancy services within ICT for health companies in Helse Sør-Øst

Helse Sør-Øst shall enter into a framework agreement with one or several tenderers who can assist with strategic consultancy and flexible access to updated, independent and relevant knowledge on developments in the ICT area, including analyses, methods, tools, industry experts, benchmarking, conferences, as well as business adapted services. The services shall be made available via a portal/database. The procurement is divided into three sub-contracts (insert). Tenderers can choose to apply for participation in sub-contract 1 and/or 2, as well as sub-contract 3. Participation can only be applied for for sub-contract 3. The procurement is for Helse Sør-Øst with underlying health companies. In addition, the following entities can make call-offs: Helse Midt-Norway RHF with the always underlying health companies; Helse Vest RHF with the always underlying health authorities; Helse Nord RHF with the always underlying health authorities; Lovisenberg Diakonale Hospital Dialoghjemmet Sykehus Sykehusinnkjøp HF Sykehusbygg Health Trust Patient journeys HF The Health Service's Operational Organisation for the Emergency Network.
