NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT (NPP) for Solutions-Based Professional Services (TSPS) Requirement This requirement is for the Department of National Defence. This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZT-16TSSB who qualify under Tier 1, of the region/ metropolitan area and for the following stream: 3.3 Project Leader/Executive The requirement is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract. WSP Canada Inc Description of the Requirement: The Department of National Defence at 2 Canadian Air Division (CAD) Headquarters (HQ) requires a Contractor to provide the services of one (1) Project Leader/Executive, Senior Level, who can advise and assist in the oversight and management of individual training and education readiness related to future capabilities for the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) Security: There are security requirements associated with this requirement. Please note that SA Holders do not need to have the required clearance to submit a bid.
