The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement.\nServices Required: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Lt Col Luke Weathers, Jr VA Medical Center (Memphis VAMC) requires a full range of Path and Lab Services to be provided in a private hospital, office, or clinic environment to Veterans.\nThere is currently a contract in place for these services. It is anticipated that it will take 6 (six) months to award a new contract.\nPurpose and Objectives: Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition methodology. Interested parties should complete the attached questionnaire and return it with their capability statement.\nNAICS Code: 621511 and sized standard is $40 Million. \nNOTE: Respondent claiming SDVOSB and VOSB status must be registered and verified through the Small Business Administration at https://search.certifications.sba.gov/. Additionally, all Offerors responding to a solicitation must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of proposal submission.\n\nProject requirements: Contractor will provide pathology and laboratory services at the Lt Col Luke Weathers, Jr VAMC in Memphis, Tennessee. The contractor shall provide various path and lab staff for including daytime coverage, evening coverage, weekend coverage, and coverage on federal holidays.
