Henry Schein is the only vendor that offers the support for Dentrix Enterprise and DEXIS. Henry Schein is required for service support, helpdesk service, and warranty coverage for the Dentrix Enterprise electronic dental record (EDR). The Dentrix Enterprise EDR is the IHS-wide standard EDR program (by IHS contract) for IHS dental clinics.
