Track Programs - VIA Subdivisions and Maintenance Centers

Description

This Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) is issued by VIA Rail Canada Inc. (“VIA”) to establish contracts with qualified Contractors for the execution of railway track programs across VIA’s subdivisions, maintenance centers and a selection of VIA stations, as further described in the Scope of Work. VIA intends to award contracts on a regional rail territory basis, identifying one preferred supplier per territory, with one or two additional suppliers as alternatives, as applicable. This ITT applies exclusively to programmed railway track rehabilitation works and expressly excludes new railway construction projects.Bidding and Documents are available on http://www.merx.com.
