Kettles VA Medical Center \nPharmacy and Nuclear Medicine Departments \n2215 Fuller Road \nAnn Arbor, MI 48105-2303 \n\nThe VA anticipates issuing an open and continuous solicitation for this requirement on or about February 26, 2026. Proposals will be accepted for three (3) business days commencing the issuance date of the solicitation. Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from that website, and no hard copies will be made available. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the proposal submission process. Prospective Offerors are encouraged to register their interest in the solicitation on the website Federal Business Opportunities FBO website www.sam.gov. so that they are notified of the issuance of the solicitation and any amendments. \nIn accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management, prospective contractors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) and in VetCert database if applicable (VetCert registration is required for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses or Veteran Owned Small Businesses) under the applicable NAICS Code 541380 Testing Laboratories with a Small Business Size Standard of $19 Million. The Classification Code is J066. Contractors may obtain SAM information at https://www.sam.gov and Vet Biz information at http://www.vip.vetbiz.gov. To be eligible for award, contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management database. Registration is free and potential offerors are encouraged to visit the SAM website as no IDCs can be awarded to any offeror not registered in SAM. \nThe solicitation will be issued as a total SMALL BUSINESS Set-Aside, Open Market. All responsible sources may submit proposals to be considered by the Agency. \nThe VA will only consider proposals from contractors who are licensed by their respective States and possess the certifications required to perform the tasks listed within the Statement of Work and the Service deems qualified to perform the work. Award will be based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable Price Evaluation Criteria and awarded as a FIRM FIXED PRICE CONTRACT. This will be a base plus four (4) year contract. The Period of Performance of the resultant contract will be for a period of 12 months and four 12-month option periods based on the discretion of the Federal Government.
