It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor this site for additional information pertaining to this requirement. \n\n \n\n REQUIREMENT: \n\n The Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Coast Guard, Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, and Intelligence Service Center (C5ISC) requests information on the availability of aircraft services capable of providing unscheduled transits to and from remote, unmanned sites in Alaska. Aircraft services must meet or exceed the following requirements: \n\n \n\n PERFORMANCE SPECIFICATIONS: \n\n \n\t \n\t Minimum weight: 2 people or 500 pounds \n\t \n \n\n \n\t \n\t External Sling load: Yes \n\t \n \n\n \n\t \n\t Could include any equipment or materials not able to be transported within the storage or seating of the helicopter \n\t \n \n\n \n\t \n\t Minimum weight of sling load: 200 pounds \n\t \n \n\n \n\t \n\t Capable of daytime Visual Flight Rules \n\t \n \n\n \n\t \n\t Capable of Vertical Take Off and Landing up to 4000’MSL \n\t \n \n\n \n\t \n\t Capable of overwater transit required to reach sites listed in Table 1 \n\t \n \n\n \n\n Departure Sites: \n\n Flights will typically originate from Juneau Airport (JNU), Sitka Airport (SIT), Ketchikan Airport (KTN), Petersburg (PSG), Yakutat Airport (YAK), Valdez Airport (VDZ), Anchorage area airports (to include Merrill Field (MRI), Girdwood (AQY), Anchorage International Airport (ANC), Homer Airport (HOM), Dillingham Airport (DLG), Kodiak Airport (ADQ).
