All work will meet SOW, drawings, and specification requirements as well as any applicable manufacturer s recommended installation procedures to upgrade the external security system across the bulk of the campus. This upgrade includes traffic changes, emergency telephones, and installation of additional security cameras across the campus B, C, D, and E parking lots. All planned upgrades must ultimately tie into the existing campus infrastructure, such as power and IT/Security control. \n\nThe project will consist of the following:\n\nElectrical including removal and installation of conduit\nTelecommunications requiring running of new communications wiring within confined spaces\nInstallation of new Blue Light Security System and signage\nModification of walkways and roadways which include demolition of existing areas and repaving.\n\nNAICS Code: \n238210 Electrical Contractors, and Other Wiring Installation Contractors; small business size standard is $19 million. \n\nThe Government is not soliciting offers at this time, and it will be the Contracting Officer who will determine which suggested changes are accepted. This is a sources sought notice to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources.
