What is the solicitation method?Sarasota County is seeking qualified commercial water-based charter boat and tour operators to participate in a permit program allowing charter fishing and guided tour services from designated County parks. Permits will be awarded by location within each zone based on highest bid, with limits on total permits per location and zone and per-company allocations.The County anticipates an initial contract term of one (1) year.Refer to the Solicitation Documents and Attachments section for minimum qualifications, scope/specifications, and insurance requirements.
