This is a single stage RFP. This procurement will support Labour Mobility Units (LMUs) in three areas: 1. Policy and Process Support – Two full-time advisors will support LMUs in seven Pacific countries to strengthen planning, improve processes, and build communications and recruitment capability. 2. Pre-Departure Training – Develop and deliver refreshed training materials, including stakeholder engagement, content creation (with translation and printing), and training LMUs to deliver them. 3. Reintegration Support – Design and implement reintegration tools and data systems, with tailored support and training for each LMU.
