65-BYM-2026 - Analysis tool for use in mobility planning

Oslo municipality c/o the Agency for Urban Environment invites tenderers to an open tender contest for the procurement of an analysis tool for use in mobility planning. See the tender documentation and annexes for detailed information. During planning of this procurement, a market dialogue has previously been carried out under the name "141-BYM-2024 Innovative system for collecting and comparing travel and traffic data" as well as a prior information notice for the status of the procurement with Reference 2026-106663.
