All work will meet SOW, drawings, and specification requirements as well as any applicable manufacturer s recommended installation procedures. \n\nThe project is located at the fuel farm and additional locations on the Roseburg VAMC campus. This project includes demolition and construction of a new fuel farm. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials and equipment for the demolition and construction services needed to complete this project. All work shall meet SOW, drawings and specification requirements as well as any applicable manufacturer s recommended installation procedures. \n\nThe plans may have to be adjusted to accomplish construction and shall include but not limited to the following:\nBUILDING 2\nRemove and decommission 1000-gal fuel tank\nReplace with 1000-gal above ground fuel tank with:\nNew concrete slab/foundation (8 thick)\nNew fence with privacy screening (similar to Building 3 HVAC fencing)\n50 mph concrete filled crash bollards\nBUILDING 7\nMove existing 12,000-gal fuel tank to fuel farm to be used as fuel oil for boilers\nPurchase and install new 2,500-gal above ground fuel tank for Building 7 generator\nFUEL FARM\nRemove and decommission underground storage tanks:\n2,500-gal diesel \n1,000-gal gasoline\n(2) 15,000-gal fuel oil (diesel)\nMove 12,000-gal tank from Building 7 to fuel farm for boilers\nAdd new 20,000-gal tank for fuel oil for boilers\nAdd new 2,500-gal gasoline tank\n50 mph concrete filled crash bollards\nAll new dispensaries and associated equipment\nAll new electrical, data and communications and associated equipment\nAll new concrete, foundation and structural components and associated equipment.\n\nNAICS Code: \n237120 -Construction of oil and gas pipelines and related structures. \n\nThe Government is not soliciting offers at this time, and it will be the Contracting Officer who will determine which suggested changes are accepted.
