Vendors must follow the specification to meet the United States Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) contract for producing and delivering USDA food. Products that do not meet each specification, accordingly, will not be considered. \n\n Quotes must be deemed fair and reasonable. Quotes will be evaluated based on price with consideration of past performance. Offerors may be extended an award via government purchase card or purchase order. Award will be issued as a Firm-fixed-price contract. Awards at or above $15,000.00 will require the vendor to have a fully established SAMs account prior to issuance of an award. \n\n Vendors must be able to deliver between 2-16 January 2026. Early deliveries are not permitted.
