The Texas Office of Court Administration (OCA) and Judicial Branch Certification Commission (JBCC) seek proposals with a person or entity which has the expertise and resources to develop and administer, in‐person, online, or both, a shorthand reporter certification examination in accordance with the specifications contained in this Request for Proposals (“RFP”).
