These facilities are vital for housing essential Fire and Recreation employees and function as the primary operational base for all North Fork District fire suppression efforts. \n\n The lack of reliable power at these remote locations poses significant health and safety risks to the personnel stationed there. A functioning generator is essential to maintain habitable conditions, ensure operational capability, and provide basic safety. The current generators at Canyon work and Kelly Forks Work Center require warranty work and will be unavailable for an estimated period of up to four months. To maintain essential operations and ensure the health and safety of personnel during this period, the rental of an emergency generator is immediately necessary. \n\n Both Generators might end up at the Kelly Forks Works Center if the generator at the Canyon Works Center gets repaired. \n\n The locations are: \n \nCanyon Work Center, North Fork Ranger District, 16466 North Fork Rd, Pierce, ID 83546 \n\n Kelly Forks Work Center, (County Rd 250, Idaho) North Fork Ranger District \n\n Provide a location that the generators can be pick up by the Forest Service Personnel if delivery is not affordable. \n \nSolicitation number 1240BD26Q0049 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). \n \nThe applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 532490 Other Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing.
