Framework agreement for heavy vehicle stalling and stand-by. Heavy lorry rocks shall be stand-by in designated places in accordance with agreement with the Norwegian Public Roads Administration. The quantity of assignments is event controlled and will vary in scope and frequency, depending on the contracting authority ́s needs.
