We currently rely on largely manual processes, and wish to explore what solutions exist in the market to streamline our workflows, improve accuracy and data security, and support organisational growth through a future-ready HR platform. The purpose of this RFI is to understand the breadth of available solutions in the market, including what functionalities are standard, what integration capabilities are possible (e.g. with payroll and SharePoint), and how vendors ensure compliance with New Zealand regulations regarding data security and privacy.
