Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement : No. Nature of the requirement : The requirement is to supply Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) North Ridge pumps, components, and spare parts for the CCGS Naalak Nappaaluk, as detailed in the Annex – Basis of Payment, to the Canadian Coast Guard (CCG). The mandatory technical criteria are in the bid solicitation. Delivery Date: The preferred delivery date is as soon as possible. The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Offers may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
