The Contract Works will require the generator to be: • relocated and mounted on a new structural foundation (already in place) • housed in an acoustically rated enclosure that is integrated into the Substation 3 structure, including structural works, and • operationally integrated into Substation 3 (fuel lines in, controls cabling and electrical output), to provide readily available power to supplement the existing generators currently installed in the Substation. MidCentral will hold a site visit at the Palmerston North Hospital campus, followed by an online briefing for Respondents, at the times and dates indicated in the RFT. Interested suppliers will need to register for these events.
