MoE - Whangamata Area School - Modular LSPM Bathroom D & B - Main Contractor

Description

Whangamata Area School is seeking a main contractor to provide a modular LSPM bathroom under a design and build (D&B) contract, to meet student accessibility needs identified through a Ministry of Education property modification assessment. The facility will be a fully accessible universal bathroom, including a shower, toilet, basin, storage and space for a change table. The works include off-site fabrication, installation, and all associated site works required to deliver a fully compliant and operational facility.
