Introduction The United Nations Capital Development Fund (UNCDF), to support Fiji Teachers Registration Authority (FTRA), hereby invites qualified and experienced service providers to submit proposals for the provision of cloud hosting services for the FTRA Online Teacher Registration System. This Request for Proposal (RFP) outlines the requirements for establishing a secure, reliable, and scalable hosting environment to support the platform’s operations, including teacher registration, licensing, and payment processing.
