The City of San Antonio, TransportationDepartment (“City”) is seeking Statement of Qualifications (“SOQ”) through thisRequest for Qualification (“RFQ”) from interested qualified firms(“Respondents”) to provide on-call, or as needed, professional services forplanning, design, engineering, and other programmatic areas (collectively, the“Project” or “Projects”). Scope of services may include but are not limited toon-call planning, studies, analysis, public engagement, data collection/surveyand design services for multiple projects on an on-call, or as needed basis tobe delivered through various programs and funding sources
